By registering for or using Crypto Alert SaaS, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

Service description

We provide subscription-based access to automated cryptocurrency technical signals and related dashboards and emails. Features may change. Service availability is not guaranteed 24/7.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

Subscriptions and payments

Plans and prices are shown on the Pricing page and may be updated. Payment is currently processed via manual UPI with admin verification. Subscriptions start after approval. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at the operator’s discretion for clear payment errors.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping abuse, or disruption of the service.
• Do not redistribute paid signals as a competing commercial product without permission.
• Do not upload malware or illegal content in payment proofs.

Intellectual property

Site design, software, and branding belong to the operator. Signal methodology documentation and outputs are licensed to you only for personal use during an active subscription.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Surviving clauses (disclaimer, limitation of liability) remain in effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue where permitted.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
